No registration for my car

I bought a demo model from Audi East London in November 2018. The demo model was from the Western Cape. Since I’m in the Eastern Cape the registration had to be changed. After multiple months and attempts nothing has been done. They said I must take my car now for roadworthiness. They charged me for the registration when I bought the car
