No Reaction!

Our motor plan on our Audi expired recently, and we contacted Audi numerous times regarding taking out a new motor plan, but we just do not get any feedback from them! We have contacted their customer care, their finance<br> department as well as the support forum, but to no avail. We are very disappointed, as we are used to excellent<br> service from Audi.
