No Passion and Poor Follow-up to potential Sale

So here is the short version:<br> <br> Audi positioned a year end financial clearance sale 4 weeks ago. Went in to trade my f30 3.20i BMW for a demo A4 quattro. Signed the offer to purchase on the basis that my vehicle would be traded in.<br> <br> Consultant didnt even show passion for the Audi brand(even said that we would buy a BMW if he could). He did not even know the technical background of the vehicle. I visited Audi Sandton twice to get feedback from individual. Audi has deeply disappointed me with the attitude of their sales team. 4 weeks have passed and still no feedback.<br> <br> Im pretty sure that no one will even respond to this compliant.<br> <br> Regards.<br> <br>
