No Integrity

I signed an offer to purchase for an Audi A3 and liaised with the finance department of Audi Sandton for finance approval. I received an email from Audi Sandton that the finance has been approved and I confirmed telephonically the and via email the same day that I am taking the car and was informed when I followed up with the salesperson that the car was sold to a cash buyer a few days prior whilst my finance is been app**** for by the dealership. The situation would of been different if I signed an OTP and later recanted in not taking the car. No integrity, no communication and bad service raises its head again at Audi Sandton and I will definitely spread the word about this bad experience.
