No feedback on issues related to *********** service staff at audi centre polokwane

My car (2013 audi A3 1.8TFSI SE Stronic) was leaking water and it was towed to audi polokwane.Dealership checked the car and told me they cant see whats wrong with the vehicle and they dont know where the water is dissappearing to.At that point the car was still covered by their warranty.i then left the car at home in polokwane and went to work in Nothern cape.Few days later i returned home and booked the car in at audi centre east rand and they discovered faulty thermostat and water pump and quoted me R14228.80.At this point now it was just after the expiry of warranty,and i paid the dealership as Audi SA was still investigating.Audi SA(Zukiswa) promised to resolve the matter before noon on 01/12/2017 but now everytime i call her im told she is in a meeting and will call me back.even today im still waiting.please help.
