No courtesy vehicle for car under warranty

My car broke down about two weeks ago, was taken to Midddleburg Audi where the car was \fixed".I did mention that the car is still steaming before taking from the dealer and was told it will be fine.Now the car broke down on the same fault for coolant that is \""leaking\"".The other problem is that I had to pay from my own pocket for a rental vehicle after the car was taken in for 2 day extra than planned.Now I'm told the same story that there is no courtesy vehicles.This is real poor servitude on audi.Audi SA and Audi Middelburg.Everyone is passing the buck and it's costing money and time.This is unacceptable."""
