No Courtesy car as I might crash it after 16 years of brand loyalty!

Hi I bought the new A1 edition 1 Audi in 2019 and had numerous issues. Took the car in to Audi and every time they fixed it I had other issues. In the past I took the car in Audi would have the problem fixed quick and in other times if the problem was to take long to be fixed I would receive a courtesy car which was excellent service and I held the brand highly despite the issues with the car.

Over three weeks back when I was driving my car, it started loosing power as I m driving and I was forced to take it in Audi at Trichardt Mpumalanga for repairs. I was told the car would have to be in for 15 days as parts need to be ordered in Germany. 15days has come and gone still nothing!

My issue came when I was told they won't be giving me any courtesy car as faceless people where busy crashing these vehicles. I indicated to them that in the past you've provided courtesy car which came back without a scratch and why would I crash it all of a sudden. My work requires me to travel in between provinces at least twice a week and I use my vehicle to and fro from work. Now I was forced to take side road hikes or use taxi's whiles I spent a fortune to purchase an Audi. M always late at work and been a bad name from the company clients has created about me.

Audi please explain to me, was I racially profiled or was I undermined not to received a courtesy car, don't you value your clients anymore? I know fellow white guys that always receive courtesy cars even when they are not even needed. I ve been an Audi client since my first car the Audi A6 in 2007 and my faith in the brand has eroded as in my siblings as they were planning to purchase the RS versions of the 6 and 7 respectively. At this point after receiving the car from Audi I am thinking of dumping it at "we buy cars" and crossing over to my brothers brand Mercedes as he not had any issues receiving courtesy from them. When I dump the car I ll make sure I take live videos to all my social media platforms including my celebrity friends, PSL Soccer star friends with super high number of fans (They will love this content) to show how useless the brand is, racially profiles you when its time to offer a courtesy car after u spend a fortune buying their vehicles.

My Questions: Is this what the brand now stand for now? Why choose to nominate who gets a courtesy car and cover it with stories? I ve been patient and loyal to Audi why you doing this to me now, your goal is to really contribute to my unemployed because of being unable to get to work on time? I use to be a soccer player for big name teams and all my friends have gone to be PSL stars and in the process I ve managed to convince them to purchase your vehicles and the only thanks is warning letters?
