No Audi service delivery

We are driving Audi for the last 16 years and we were very pleased with Audi. The last 4 years have changed, our one Q7 2008 model is costing us more than ever. Almost every time within two weeks after the car had been for a service the car had to go back with something else to get fixed and this would cost twice the amount the service cost just two weeks earlier. This doesn't make sense, they always say the car must go on machine to find out what's wrong and what needs to be done to fix it. Unfortunately what ever broke or need to be replaced or fixed days after the service never showed on the machine. Isn't the Audi machines top technology and supposed to do this ?

We recently had the same experience with Audi, we did sent a complaint to Audi but all they said was that the car is out of service plan and the can't do anything for us. They can't answer our questions or explain it.

We thought the car needed a new battery, we took the car to Audi Rustenburg for a new battery. They said they can't put in a new battery without putting the car on the machine first there could be something wrong with the alternator. This was on Saturdag the 16 February 2019. On the 18 February my husband called the garage, they informed him that they did not have time to work on the car. They would let us know as soon as they know what the problem is with our car. Haven't heard anything from the dealership my husband went back to the dealership on the 28 February ( our car was standing 12 days now at Audi Rustenburg) The service manager told my husband luckily its not the alternator they had the car tested twice on the machine and it showed nothing wrong with the alternator we just need a new battery. They have one battery in the store but they need to change that battery over night before they can put it in our car. (Why do you need to change a brand new battery over night ?) On 01 March we went to get our car. I drove the car from the dealership to our house, we stay 7 kilometers from the dealership.

On Monday morning 4 March I need to go into town, but nothing the battery (brand new) is dead again. Staying calm I phoned dealership telling them that the battery is dead the lights doesn't even flick and no sound from doors unlocking. They will send someone to come and check the next day. They only send someone the Wednesday, after checking the car and jumpstarted the car the mechanic told me that the car must go back to the garage but on a low bed. I phoned the dealership asking whose gonna pay for the low bed, she will find out and let me know ( I still don't know) On the 7 March the garage let us know it's the alternator they need to be replaced, but we can look for a secondhand one. How in the world does Audi High Technology machines only find the problem on our car the third time it's on the machines ? And how does n brand new battery goes completely dead within 3 days ? Today is 24 March our car is still standing at Audi Rustenburg what do we do ? Even though the car is out of serviceplan we never missed one service we take good care of our car. The car is now for more than a month standing and I'm for more than a month without transport. Please we need assistance.
