No accountability

I booked my vehicle's service on the 5th of Jan-18 for the 15th of jan-18. For which i was told it would take 4 days, i was told all parts have been ordered but as of the 2nd of Feb-18 i am still waiting for parts to arrive and they have not even provided a courtesy car. The least that you can do is to take responsibility.
