Never Take Responsibility

Had a problem with my start/stop function on my Audi Q7 3.0.TDi bought brand new at audi west rand. Took the car for this problem and gearbox fault to same dealership, was told it was fixed and function should kick in after sometime. That never happened, complained to audi south Africa thinking they would have clout, after getting bull **** service from audi west rand, was told if dealer won't acknowledge this problem there is nothing they could do as car was out of motor plan. Complaint was not about motor plan, but about being charged for something that was never fixed. Then they say I must bring my car back to them, they don't know how long it would take and I would still be liable for costs and will not guarantee a loan car. What utter *******. I would advise anyone against purchasing any audi as you will be dealing with people that do not know what they are doing, and the parent company has no say on how clients driving their brand from audi westrand are treated. NEVER GO AUDI. WORTHLESS PIECE OF **** IF YOU ASK ME.
