Never ever use Audi Centurion for your service: Vehicle Parts are ******!

I'm very disappointed with the service of Audi Centurion. I took my Audi A4 sometime back in February 2019 for a service. The Technician did the work as usual and they gave me back the under the impression that everything is ok, but only for my wife to discover that the Filter Cap was not put back. My trust has turned into ignorance now they want me to pay for their incompetence, by lacking to put proper checks to make sure every part is put back as required before dispatching the car back to the client. I will never ever use their services in the future, they show no customer remorse and don't like taking accountability for their mistakes.
