Never buy an Audi

I Drive a Audi A4 TDI, My Cars Cambelt snapped causing extensive damage as far as I can understand from the workshop. (Springs).<br> <br> I got told I cant have a curteousy car as they don't have any cars available. I then asked the lady whom I deal with, (Lynette) if she can source me a car from Audi SA. she then advised me that I wont get a car from Audi SA as customers only get a car if the parts needed for repair are imported from Germany. What scares me most is I got told from the road side assist, that 45 Audis get towed in each day and the likely hood for me to get a curteuosy car is very unlikely.<br> <br> Very displeased with the way Audi conducts their business. Best you guys start learning the importance of a good and proper value chain....<br> <br>
