need a curtsey car

My car broke down in Matatiele. It was then taken by Audi assist to their nearest branch which is in Margate, Audi South coast.<br> Because I am working in Saldanha Western Cape they gave me a rental car for 48 hours so that I can drive back to WC.<br> <br> They ordered a part of the car which will hopefully arrive before Saturday. Then after fitting this part they will arrange that the car is delivered to Saldanha where I am working and they told me that deliver will take 7 to 10 days. My complain now is that they are refusing to give me a curtesy car for this period. I use my car to go to work Monday to Friday. Now even tomorrow I dont know how I am going to get to work.<br> My car is still under warranty and I need a curtesy car but they are refusing to authorize it.
