My Safety Just Isnt Important Enough

<p>i have taken my car to Audi Sandton some 6-7 weeks ago. Everyone was friendly and my service was good - i had booked my car in and left it there. i was scheduled to pick the car two weeks later on which day my car was not ready for collection that morning as was the intended from the outset because the parts had not yet come - somewhat understandle - given ordinart course of business delays do happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>BUT when i get there i am told that i will not be able to get a report as to what was done because the mechanic is not around - surely everything should be documented as and when they happen?</p> <p> </p> <p>anyways.. after an hour i need to get back to the office so i tell my service helper to please email me the report for my records and rush to my car - only to find that my car is sitting on 0km petrol from 300km - quite alarming... but there service adviser assures me that i will make it to the nearest garage with the 0km petrol (which i did).</p> <p> </p> <p>i then find that my car i veering from side to side uncontrolably. my PDC no longer was functional and kept beeping loudly and switching off, my stablising was turned off with no possibility of turning it back on as the buttons where jammed.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wait for a week to get the initial report which was promised so that i can see what was done and whether its normal for this to happen given the chnages to the car- but i waited unsuccessfully. i called for the report and was promised it by COB which i had not received i call back 2 weeks later and still did not receive it. i reported it to the head office call centre that does routine follow ups and was still not given it.</p> <p> </p> <p>i call back frantic! explaining the problems with the car and the fact that i need to know whats going on - i then recieve the report and nothing in the report indicates that any of the current problems should have taken place. i was assured that i should email my problems and they will attend to it immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>the fact that my brakes are not holding and the the car is veering is reason enough to warrant immediate attention especially given the fact they had caused the problem _ but low and behold - its two weeks later and i havent recieved a call on reply to my email on whats going on with my car!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i have tried all avenues but have failed miserably and therefore writing this was my last resort as i am completely helpless.</p> <p> </p> <p>going back and forth and constantly calling with no help is honestly taking up alot of my time. i am a huge fan and love audi but i cer*****ly dont think i would own one again given the level of service i am receiving - i am yet to be convinced otherwise.</p>
