****med by Audi Motor Plan

I have driven an audi for more than 10 years. I always believed the service matched the price. Of later I have been left feeling disappointed a d ******. My vehicle had mechanical issues and I expected that since it's still under warranty I will be covered.. But I was told since the malfunction is SUSPECTED to be from contaminated petrol it's my responsibility. This petrol was bought mainly @Engen SA and Shell SA. I have never received any warning about using this petrol since audi knew all along it was contaminated. Fast foward to today.. My husband's breaks were supposed to be changed but he was told the it was his fault since and again motor plan won't pay. Mind you he has driven 3 audis before this one without any pro lems whatsoever. We had our first A4 for 10 years 🙏🏽. It's a ****, don't trust their motor plan or vehicles for that matter
