Maybe two times will be the charm.

Took my Audi to Audi PE for the first time in March for a service plus repairs combo. The repairs needed new parts. Come to think of it, I didn't even confirm if those parts were new but just Three months later, I break down with the same problem that they were happy to make me pay so much for the first time. But when I call them today, they say they can only help me in two weeks. In the meantime I should get my car back home myself, then drive it back to them in two weeks. HOW?! I had to sort of go over that lady and make another call so that they can send a tow truck and make an immediate booking for me. Audi clearly could've done this the first time I called coz it was so effortless now to get me a tow and an immediate booking at the very same Audi that claimed TWO WEEKS! If I had broken down in a deserted area and panicked, I (and the car) would be ****ed.
