*****, lies and more lies!!!!!!!!

So our vehicle has been in repairs for longer than we have had it. We purchased it at Audi Westrand in October/November 2023 and in April 2024 it started giving us serious problems. We sent it to Audi Eastrand and informed Audi Westrand that the vehicle was giving us issues. The car has been with the Audi dealers from April to date and we don't have a car.

I am not sure if it is a brand issue of if the dealers are ***********. We took it to Audi Bruma and they qouted us for the same parts that Audi Eastrand claimed to have replaced.

I am still shocked that an Audi Dealership would commit such ***** and claim to sell you parts that they didn't even purchase or repair. We were strung along for 4 months while the milage on the car increased only to find out that the vehicle was never repaired. They charged us over R50 000.00 for the repairs and not even a single new part could be traced.

Beware of where you send your vehicle and if possible, do not buy the Audi brand. Everyone I know that either has a VW or Audi is struggling with their cars. The brand that was once reliable is now the worst in the industry.
