Letitia- Ray of sunshine to a gloomy day

<p>Dear Audi SA</p> <p> </p> <p>On Wednesday 17 May 2017 I had a breakdown in my Audi between Estcourt and Mooiriver and I was devistated because I was travelling from Dbn to Johannesburg and it was crucial that I be there on the 18th. I was relieved to know that Audi will arrange a courtesy vehicle for me, but thats not what this review is about. On arrival at Ladysmith Audi Center where I was towed to, I was greated by a friendly lady her name is Letitia James, she had so much emphathy for my sitiuation and had a kind word and a friendly smile. </p> <p>What touched my heart the most is she organised someone to pick her daughter up from after care because there was a delay on the delivery of my courtesy car wich was being arranged through the call center, she went over and above the call of duty by personally going to Avis to ensure i get sorted soonest as it was already after 5pm, she never showed any sign of irritation and remained proffessional and friendly. It doesn't end there, as I arrived in Johhanesburg around 10pm I received a whatsapp from Leticia cecking if I arrived safely, what a gem and an angel, I did not expect that according to me she had done more than enough. But that was not the end, she kept me informed until I collected my car on Saturday and still continued to check on me if I arrived safely back home in Durban</p> <p>Letitia is a wonderful asset to your organisation and I would request that she be recognised by sharing this complement for a wonderful work she is doing. A lot of customer service employee can learn a lot from her. </p> <p> </p> <p>Letitia was indeed a ray of sunshine to my gloomy day :-) Thank you</p> <p> </p>
