Keeping the car long and no courtesy car

I delivered my car last week Monday, they confirmed they needed 3 - 4 days to fix my car, its Tuesday today and they still haven't delivered my car, they find something wrong one after the other, i don't have a car to move around and they are not even assisting with a courtesy car, <br> <br> i even called the principal manager of the dealership, he promised to investigate my issue and he will call me back, i called him at 3pm this afternoon and its 19:32 haven't received a call back from him.<br> <br> Im bought this car in February 2015, quite disgusted by this service.
