Ive been carless for 3 weeks

Sometime last year my gearbox broke down, Audi Polokwane \fixed it". Now it broke down again 3 weeks back n Audi Sa refuses to take responsibility or investigate what happend the last time. Im expected to pay 72000. Ive been without a car for 3 weeks now because they dont have parts. When i asl them how i should get adound they shoulders and say they dont know. Im frustrated"
