insult from audi airport and audi sa

on the 05 of september i had a breakdown, my car just wouldn't take gears. I called audi assist and they came and towed the car to audi centre airport.The car was assesed after 3 days and i was told that the problem is the clutch is burnt and was quoted R16000 for it as they say the warranty doesn't cover it. I asked for reports that were done on the car and the cause of the problem and i was told the clutch was burnt because of my driving style.I decided to contact Audi SA as i thought they could help but i got the same report from them and they said i must pay.All i asked from audi is proof that it's my fault that the clutch burnt and they must define the driving style they are talking about as this is a ridiculous and stupid reason to give to a paying client.I'm so disappointed in their brand since we are paying so much money for their cars only to get nonsense service and the i don't care attitude.I have other brands of cars that i have been driving for 4 years and never have i experienced such nonsense as a driving style, this is an insult from audi.This only means that your brand is **** ,unreliable and not quality at all.YOU CAN KEEP YOUR CAR,I WILL BUY ANOTHER BRAND!!!
