Indifference in client care from Audi Service BRUMA

I am appalled at Audi Bruma, I have taken my car there 2 times complaining about my heater, since then it has been 2 months that I have to drive in the cold and suffer in this weather as they only have 2 courtesy cars. Really can they not make a plan and borrow from another dealer since 1 customer has been using a courtesy car for 4 months already. every time I call I get the same excuse. I have bought a camping hairdryer that plugs into the cigarette lighter to defrost the car and while reaching for it in the back seat ,at a dead end safe zone on the side of the the road the car rolled less than 50 meters and damaged the entire bumper. I just bought the car in December and how long will it take to import another bumper now- another 4 months?? After my heater is fixed I refuse to deal with Audi bruma and plan to sell the car, I pay so much for this kind of service? its disgusting.
