INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND RIDICULOUS CHARGES Audi Centre Bloemfontein

I wish to express my disappointment in Audi Centre Bloemfontein. On the 3rd November 2016 I took my vehicle (Audi Q5) for major service, I made them aware that there was an Engine caution on the dashboard and it didn't have power and they must please fix it. They called me in the afternoon to say the vehicle was ready and I went to collect it and paid R11 000. I drove off and I notice that the Engine sign was still showing and the vehicle still didn't have power. The following day on the 4th November I went back to Audi Centre and I spoke to ANDRE TEMBU the Consultant and the Service Manager REINE SWIEGEGELAAR and complained about the Engine sign on dashboard and the power that was not fixed. I was told to pay extra R30 000 to fix the problem. Initially they NEVER said ANYTHING about extra money that would need to be paid to fix the ENGINE and POWER. What I dont understand is that one of their customer who took the same vehicle as mine for the same problem was charged R6000, the POWER and Engine was fixed and it was serviced with the amount of R6000. So now what is Audi saying charging their customers differently for the same problem? I need my vehicle to be fixed and cannot pay the R30 000 when someone else paid R6000 it is ridiculous and not accepted.
