incompetence

I bought a car in June 2015 from audi menlyn.The service was great and all,of cause it had to be because they needed me to buy that car.However on the day they delivered my car they did not have my spare keys with them.Whenever I try to call and find out what's happening,they seem to be playing hide and seek with me.That is so unprofessional and *********** of them.Having to wait for spare keys for over 2 months and still no feedback cannot believe their behaviour towards this situation,it is appauling.
