.....in need is a friend indeed!

<p>When in need, don't call Audi. Here is my story: Im from Pretoria on leave with family in the Eastern Cape and I get pneumonia and get admitted to a East London hospital yesterday. Plans are now obviously messed up. My wife is on her way to the airport our son vommits bad. The revised plan was to leave the new A4 and the keys at the airport and I collect when I get discharged but, of course, the car would be ruined standing with puke in the sun for 5 days. So, who do you call? Remember I don't have friends or family here. I went for the local Audi Centre in East London. After explaining everything their response, via email, from Peter Voss was that the DP declined stating "our policies and procedures don't allow"</p> <p>I then escalated to Audi SA. Their response " our dealers are independent" They did open a case but by the time their 24 hour reply policy kicks in, my car has become a big A4 stink bomb.</p> <p>Audi, this was my time in need and you didn't try very hard to help. VERY DISAPPOINTING AUDI!!!</p>
