Imperial Toyota sold me a s**** and Audi has failed to maintain their s****.

Dear Sir/Madam

On December 2017 I purchased a 2013 TFSI Audi A3 Sportback with the number plates HD 41 KP GP from Imperial Toyota in Jeppe’s Town also known as Moboneng in Johannesburg. I drove the car for a couple of weeks and realized there was a rattling sound coming from the dashboard, also the car completely broke down at Vaal Mall and had to be towed to Audi Vereeniging to be fixed, I later found out the the car had a gearbox problem. The gear box mechatronics were replaced and the car was driving fine but the rattling dashboard sound wasn’t fixed, I had it to take the car back twice to get the rattling fixed. The problems with the car kept piling up as I realised that the oil light was coming on atleast twice a month afrter filling it up with 1 liter oil. I took the car into Audi The Glen to sort out the oil consumption problem and they kept telling me to come back after 1000Km. I wasn’t able to come back after 1000km but I did come back again because the problem with oil consumption had not stopped. At a later stage I tried to open a passenger door for my daughter and the door handle came out, I then took it to Audi The Glen again to get it fixed because to me it was clearly a factory fault, I was told that the car had been to a panel beater and had been resprayed before I bought it, the problems I’ve been having with the car started to make sense to me because it was clear that the car could’ve been in an accident and covered up before I bought it. On Tuesday 06 November 2018 I took the car into Audi The Glen again for the oil consumption problem and out of the blue, Audi knows what the problem is with my oil consumption problem and this problem costs R60 000 to fix. I also found out that my car is no longer on motor plan anymore, mind you my car is only on 91000Km and was on 60000K when I bought it from Imperial Toyota.I have spent the whole year doing back and forth visits with Audi and Imperial Toyota trying to get the car fixed and nothing has happened, so now I have to pay to get the car fixed. Imperial Toyota sold me a s**** and Audi has failed to maintain that s****. I’m now in a difficult situation because I have to pay R850 a day on Taxify cabs going to my work place. I am not satisfied and feel like I have been conned. What should I do?
