******** and careless receptionist

i called Audi Northcliff ********** 600 today at 12:15pm to book in my car for a battery change and the receptionist there told me that the lady that deals with bookings is not around and she took my details and she would get the lady to call me back i have been waiting for the call since that time till now, i called back now at 15:43pm and she tells the lady that does booking had a family crisis and they only have space for the 11/03/2019

had she given me a chance to say what i wanted to say earlier then this wouldn't happen i have a faulty battery and i'm scared to use my car now and she didn't care why i wanted to book in my car, ehat would happen if i get stuck somewhere because of her ignorance and because she told her self that it's not part of her job, is this fair?????
