I wish I did not buy that damned Audi

<p>My A4 has this annoying knocking sound on the front suspension, I have reported this to Audi Centre Westrand and Northcliff but as we all know their technicians do a guess work instead of fixing the problem. Eventually Northcliff kept the car for three days to try and fix the issue and obviousley I was left without a car. Car came back, problem is still exactly the same, in fact it is worse now. I called in to book it again but this time I would need a courtesy car while they try and fix it again. I was dealing with the so called Basie, who is so *********** I had to scream at her to do her job. Eventually she booked my car in and said she will arrange for a vehicle for me. Day before knowing how useless some people are I called in to confirm the appointment is still valid, to no surprise she did not arrange anything. I am sitting now with a vehicle that I can't get fixed and the Audi employees are not ****** making it any pleasent.</p>
