I was treated as if they were doing me a favor

I had a problem with my gearbox, it was repaired but it gave me a problem again and the very same thing that was being replaced on my gearbox was the same problem again. I complain to the service manager and he told me that he stopped the repairs on my vehicle I must make arrangement to come fetch my car and I told him I won't and reported the matter to Audi SA and I was told that they'll deal with the matter internally but it seems as if they did not because the very same manager gave me bad treatment today. I took my car for service yesterday and it's giving me problems again. The EPC light came on and the car lost power. Today I went to Audi Hatfield for assistant and I requested to see the service manager which they showed me to his office by the foreman and I went, as I stood at his door which was wide open waited to be invited in he took his cellphone and made a call. I went to the waiting area hoping he will call me once he was done but he never did. I waited and waited and no one bothered to assist then I left. I contacted Audi SA and they said they'll contact me back but they never. I spoke to Lean at Audi SA.
