I need my vehicle ASAP

I have been writting emails to Audi regarding my vehicle that is with audi braamfontein and have been struggling to get feedback unless i call in myself for an update. This has gone for too long. All i need to hear from Audi it is that my car has been repaired and i must come and collect it.
