I doubt my car is new

<p>I bought my supposedly brand new car in 2016 October on the 22nd at Audi Hatfield, i was told to take my car to roadworthy testing before I could get a licence plate because I had the car in my possession for more than 60 days to which they had to organise it for me. now as I was trying to book it for a 15000 service in McArthy Middelburg the system reported that it's due for 90000 km service not 15000 km (see attached) and this car had been reported that it was serviced 3 times before at Audi Hatfield on dates which I had the car in my possession, I don't understand if maybe my car has a twin somehow. So I have been trying to follow this up with Audi SA and Audi Hatfield and it has been almost 3 weeks with no resolution or proof of whether they really sold me a brand new car. What even adds to my doubt is that the car hooter failed in just 2 months or so after purchase and now I am shocked to receive this kind of report about this car and to resolve this matter I simply want a proven brand new car that I paid for , they can take their old car back , and also improve their customer service because this is a very serious matter and I plan to take it up if it is not duly addressed. I feel I'm being ********** and being taken for a ride .... </p>
