I deserve better.

My name is Thobile Nkosi. Early this year I bought a car from a Audi dealership in Wonderboom Corner Lavender and Zambezi drive. I was helped by a guy named Steven Kekane. Prior to receiving the car Steven assured me that the car had gone for a service and inspection. After 2 weeks of receiving it the car showed "oil change" at 25000km I phoned him to let him know about the "oil change" and other sounds the car was making also because I wanted to know if it was safe for me to use the car as I was going to have a trip to Newcastle. He said it was fine I could proceed with the trip and that I would take the car in for a service at 30000km. On the 2nd April the car started loosing power, I then phoned VW in Newcastle and the car was towed the next day. They then told me that my clutch was worn out. The clutch was replaced with a new clutch kit. When I had gotten back I arranged that Steven come and test drive the car so he could hear the sounds the car was making he then said that he could not hear any sounds the car was making. on the 3 May I phoned VW in Kempton to book the car In for a service the lady said I had no service plan to my shock I told the lady let me phone the dealership as there could be some sort of mistake. Phoned Steven related my story and he checked his system and said no " you don't have one" he then double checked with his colleagues " oh sorry I didn't know that 1.4 and 1.6 polo's don't have a service plan. I hung up. Phoned him the following day asking what was the way forward he then referred me to a lady called Francina Thulare who gave me a quotation for 60000km and the 30000km I'm at now for R8989.00 1. If the car had gone for an inspection and service prior to the hand over why did it beep "oil change" at 25000km 2.Why did the clutch get worn out in only 2weeks of my possession of the car 3. My permit expired twice before I could get my licence plate 4. After so many empty promises of delivering the car I drove to Pretoria to fetch the car. it was handed to me with scratches on the back bumper and two mirrors ( scratches on the mirrors are still there) 5. My spare key is still not in my possession again after so many phone calls from me empty from him the key is still in the previous owners possession. I have never been this frustrated in my life. I drive around with my son in that car what assurance do I have that we are safe? all I want is to be helped with the service on my car. its only been two months that I have this car to be experiencing such troubles and frustrations, as a customer I don't think I was told the truth about the inspection and service of the car. If I cannot get help me with this car, then the car can be replaced with a car that's in a condition and worth the price I am paying. I do not have excuses or hiccups with the debit order. I also do not expect any hiccups with the car that has my life and families life in hand. Thobile Nkosi *** or ***
