I am appalled by Audi South Africa treatment

My car had a clutch failure in December 2020. I took the Car to Audi N1 CITY and it was fitted with New clutch costing R43000.00. I collected the car on 8th January 2020. On 14th January 2020 after driving with the new clutch for 398km the car started smoking. I was told it was the clutch. I took it to Audi N1CITY FOR THEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM. All car parts come with a guarantee and warranty. Before they even looked at the car and gave a diagnosis the told its my fault and I will pay for the new clutch. I have had a drivers licence since 1998. Had my car in 2001. The car that is for discussion I have it since 2012. Its impossible that all of a sudden my driving s****s will be the cause of a clutch failure that is newly installed. Audi is covering up for their poor workmanship and service. I informed them via email as per the emails bolow that I have been poorly treated and serviced. I have paid the R14k and received the car last week. I took the car because where I stay there is no public transport. I could no longer afford to get uber and hire cars because they refused to give me a car.

ALL I WANT IS FOR AUDI TO REIMBURSE ME THE R14K AND CAR HIRE. My car has been serviced by AUDI AND THEY ARE ROBBING BLACK ANASSUMING FEMALES LIKE ME. I HAD DRIVEN THE CAR 6DAYS WHEN IT FAILED AND THEY DEMAND ME TO PAY!
