Horrible experience at Audi Centurion

I towed my car to Audi Centurion for a clutch repair on 13 June 2022. During clutch repair, they informed me that my car was leaking oil and coolant, for which they quoted R40k.

I informed the service advisor that the coolant, and oil, were never topped up for 9 years, other than during service, since I bought the car new. Any “leak” was minor in my view. I sent them pictures of dry floors at home and workplace as proof.

Now my car has returned in a mess! The coolant reservoir empties in 3 days! Oil level is dropping fast. The engine smells of something burning with visible engine smoke after each drive. Why did my car develop new faults after I refused to pay R40k to repair “leaks”?

On top of that, the locknut key and the hook to remove bolt caps were ****** while in their “care”. Audi Centurion replaced these.
