Horrible after sale treatment

Mr jwili's Audi 1.8 TFSI 2015 with 11 000 Km has a inner CV joint failure, which has resulted in him booking the car in on 3/08/2016.

After learning that the replacement part will be delayed as it being shipped from Germany.

Together my self and Mr jwili has approached Audi South Africa with an intention of at least getting a loan vehicle at the time Mr Jwili is not mobile. This is so Jwili is enabled to perform his employment duties.

Audi South Africa initially responded positively as if they will assist, after jwili has signed the necessary documentation for the loan vehicle. A lady by the name of dieyen has been bossing us around very arrogantly, telling us that Audi does not guarantee mobility.

It is disappointing that for a fault that is on Audi's side jwili is experiencing such inconvenience and treatment.

It looks like Audi South Africa wants to save costs on the expense of victims whom have purchase thier product.

This is unacceptable
