McCarthy Menlyn - Engine Mounts

• My A7 went in and we were told we need engine mounts done, when we went to collect they said they need to order more and we need to come back again • My wife having 3 small kids with her asked for a loan car and was told no • She eventually gets a car and is asked to pay R250 for use of the loan car while our car is getting repaired ??? • I rated the work 1 and informed the quality team who calls that I am sickened by the service (several occasions) after all the promises of follow up calls and resolution I am sitting here typing this

McCarthy Menlyn – Purchase Q7

• Saw a deal advertised and enquired on a Q7 for 14k • Took my A7 in and said I would like to take the deal • Was sent a quote and approval for another Q7 (1. 2mil I think and 22k pm payment) • Asked if we could look at it and why is quote not as advertised • Never heard back from sales team so never purchased car

McCarthy Menlyn – Purchase A7

• Took my A7 in for engine mount and was contacted by a salesperson who said Audi gives money he can hook me up with the new A7 • I said great do the numbers and deal and let me know how it goes as I would be interested • Never heard from him again

the overall service from these guys is terrible, I am also still waiting for my service plan extension yet nobody is getting back to me
