Great service by Santa Lamani , Audi Centre Polokwane

I had a problem with my key battery that needed to be changed i called Audi polokwane and i was told they will make arrangement with the standby technician to assist me on Saturday ( 2019/03/30) upon arrival I found that the arrangement was not made... but all thanks to the sales executive by the name of Santa Lamani,she did all she could to assist me, she was the only person who was on duty, she couldn’t hv turned back as she only deals with sales, but no she helped me, such a loving professional lady, my past experience with Audi polokwane especially with sales department was horrible hence i opted to buy my car in Gauteng, only if I knew that even in polokwane we have people like Santa , thumbs up to santa lamani at Audi Polokwane
