Great Service and Assistance: AUDI CENTRE RIVONIA

<p>A pre-trip defect alert on my ABS break system led me to my nearest Audi Branch - FOURWAYS. Sadly the response I received from service reception staff was much to be desired and very poor. When I explained my problem and what my situation was, I was met by the simple response - "Sorry we under staffed - we cant help you. You will have to book it in for another day." They would not even look at it simply to determine what the fault is and whether the car is driveble.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The lack of client service and the desire to assist led me to call Audi Center RIVONIA - thanks gents you are the team of the year and you saved the day. The service executives offered to assist me immediately and managed to identify and resolve the problem within an hour of the vehicle being looked at.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Muzzi Bhamjee and Hugo Erasmus - thank you for setting the standard for all service staff !!! </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Your effort and desire to assist and resolve a matter that could have been more serious has secured my loyalty to the branch.
