Great Service

After calling Audi Centre Sandton on Thursday last week,, I was lucky enough to get a booking for this morning.<br> I drove off to Audi Centre Sandton. Once I got there I got a friendly hello from the security guard who took down my details. He then directed me to exactly where I needed to go where again I got a friendly hello from one of the service consultant who already had all my details about my service, etc, etc. He then directed me to where I should park my car, I was then approached by Nic Flaunders who was friendly and very helpful. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything that was going to happen to my car today. After which I was then taken up to the waiting area by another consultant (she was the least friendly but because of the great experience I had had already that didn't even bother me). The waiting area had coffee, tea, water, etc. at our disposal. About 5 minutes later I was approached by another consultant who took down my details and told me that he would call me in less than 5 minutes to get the driver to take me to work, that too was a lovely experience. It is now 1pm and I already have my car which was delivered to my office and everything is perfect
