Going the extra mile

I called Audi The Glen on Thursday in an absolute panic after one of my car door handles broke off completely after someone tried to open the door. I was home (Johannesburg) on study leave and was due to be back at work on Monday in Tzaneen, where there is no Audi dealership. As a result I was incredibly stressed out by my door, and when I called this dealership they advised me to bring my car in. When I brought my car, they realized the damage to my door handle was quite expensive and my car would need to be booked in for the following week. When I explained to them that I live really far, they immediately made sure to order the necessary parts and my car was sorted by the following afternoon! Absolutely incredible service, really going out of their way to help me. This particular dealership has the most incredible staff, always willing to help with a smile.
