Frustrated Customer!!

Today marks a month since my car was taken in at Audi Mbombela for repairs( car wouldn't start) and still they cannot tell me what is wrong with my vehicle, I have escalated this issue to head office the updates are always the same. its either I need to purchase a new part( Which I do) or they need to run some tests on the vehicle. I was not even offered a courtesy vehicle had to make my own arrangements. I feel as though I am not taken serious because I am woman and I know nothing about cars. All I know is that I am never purchasing an Audi vehicle ever again.
