Freeway plan is a lie

I bought a Audi A4 in 2016. The car is a 2015 model. When i bought the car it had 30000km on it. The car was sold to me with warranty and a freeway plan until 5 years or 100000km. I was told that with this cover i only pay for tires. Now the car is on 64000 km n was serviced with Audi this past December. The car brokedown on the highway this past sunday afternoon with my wife, 13 years old daughter, and 18 months old daughter in the car. I struggled to get my family to safety. I arranged with my insurance company to get adt and tow the car. Audi Sandton diagnosed the issue to be that clutch had worn out. Now Audi is telling me that they cant pay for the clutch because it is because of external factors and the cost R50000 (are they replacing the gearbox?). My wife has been driving since 2007 n never had clutch problem, I have been driving since 2005 n never had a clutch problem, the car broke down on N1 near menlyn, the car was serviced by audi and never missed service, I have never made any mechanical changes to the car. What external factors is Audi referring to? Can some one from a radio station get people from Audi to come and explain to us what is covered n not covered by the freeway plan? Is Audi selling lies to its customers?
