Failure to assist

Good day,

My Audi A3, 2015 model, still under warranty with Audi: 3 times in a week, all windows , including sunroof are found open, all the way down after parking it in 3 different places. I did report the matter to Audi who think that there could be an electrical problem, diagnosis need to be made. For this the vehicle needs to be booked in. The problem is now, Audi refuses to come and collect the vehicle from me, to provide me with a alternative vehicle. They insist that I book the vehicle, drop it to the leadership, which is far away, and unable to tell me how long will that take to sort out the problem. This is a failure to assist, when this same vehicle has given me more than has once a problem in the past, booked in previously. Audi would rather inconvenience me as their customer, for a faulty vehicle, which is not caused by myself, a vehicle still under warranty, and vehicle fairly new.(2015). Bearing in mind that there is a safety issue here!

I have launch a complaint with Audi Forum SA, the call I got is to tell me to "Book the vehicle in and rent a car at my own cost, as they will not provide me a vehicle when mine is in for diagnosis and repair " as it is their policy. Does this make sense to anyone's mind? This this a ************** act or am I in fault here? Which policy is this that if your A3, 2015 model, under warranty, with 3 incidents of windows and sunroof found open after locking the vehicle parked at work, home and Makro parking, that you need to book the vehicle in at a busy dealership, and rent your own alternative car for your daily activities until the vehicle is return to you.

Please I would like Audi to publicly confirm to me that they expecting me to rent a car to have me he diagnosed and repair.
