Failure from Audi Boksburg

I am very disappointed about the slow service from Audi Boksburg opposite East point mall. The car went in for a mechanical repair on Monday the 3rd December 2018, we are now told that we can get the car next year mid January. In the midst of this, we are given an option to rent a car, another expense. They have regard for their except when they want their payment. I am very angry, disappointed and appalled. I would never ever purchase an Audi ever again in my life. My next option is back to BMW. Thanks but no thanks. This lady by the name of Tanya was not helpful, she was blabbing a whole of nothing. I have my airtime and effort to getting the car back on time.
