Extremely unprofessional

I bought a VW polo vivo conceptline from Audi in Menlyn on the 27th of October.

I have just received information that the car was previously in a front end accident that was never disclosed to me.

The licence for the vehicle has also expired and the dealership is ignoring all attempted contact regarding the licencing and registration of the vehicle which I have been charged for. So I am now driving with an expired licence with no way of getting a new one as I have not received any kind of documentation from them.

Above all else I am being harassed by a few people in the dealership including the sales manager regarding company politics and personal issues with the sales person that sold me the car.

I am extremely unhappy with the entire process of my deal including me now driving an unroadworthy car due to licencing and being completely ignored when trying to correct this.

I never signed an acknowledgement of repairs. Had I known the car was in an accident I would never have agreed to pay so much for it.

So after 3 months of back and worth with Wesbank involved in this process and more accident damage discovered on the back end of the car. This has still not been sorted. I am still being ignored and cannot get a response. I am still driving and paying for a car that has been in an accident and to top it all off discovered that the licence plates on the car are incorrect and do not match the registration documents. I asked for a Dekra assessment which was refused. They then said they will take the car back - a week later no communication as to when I can bring the car back and what the process is. Do I get my installments back since the 3 month delay has not been my fault yet seems to be at my expense. They are still trying to make the sales person (who has since left) responsible for the transaction instead instead of taking responsibility them selves.
