Extremely poor service from Audi PMB
We would like to report an unfair practice by Audi Pietermaritzburg.

We bought an Audi Q5 3.0TDI in 2013 as a pre-owned vehicle. We were advised that it is a 2011 model and in fact it is still recorded as a 2011 vehicle in their records.

When I took the car for service (at Audi Arcadia) on the 13 January 2016 for service I was told that the motor plan had expired, however the service department told me that they will \do us a favour\" and service the car (at 90000Km) at no cost since the motor plan has already expired.

Repairs to the value of about R53 000 were detected but not repaired since I was told that the plan expired on 30/11/2015. Our argument was that a vehicle bought in 2013, whose model is 2011 cannot have its motor plan expire in 2015 but should instead expire in 2016.

We then contact the dealership where we bought the vehicle to raise this concern on the 14th January 2016. The Pre-owned sales manager there Mr Riaz Mohamed advised that this occurred long before his time, but he understood our predicament and requested that we send a quote from the service dealer where we sent the car. Riaz has failed to help although he said he will fix our car since..."
