Extreemly bad service

My 2007 Audi A4 was sent to Audi Centre East London for engine and turbo repairs in Dec 2013, eventually it was repaired in March 2014 and I was advised to go pick it up at the workshop in East london. When I got there at 09:00am I was told to wait for 2hrs which then turned out to be a 9hrs wait. At about 18:00 they informed me that my car was ready for me to take home, yet the service advisor told me that there was something wrong with my power steering system which took me aback as the car did not have any malfunctions with its power steering. I asked him if he had checked the power steering oil and he affirmed that it was checked. Because I reside in Mthatha I was forced to drive my car for more than 220km's with a malfunctioning steering wheel, I had spent the whole day in East London and waited for more than 3months for the car to be fixed but still got a car that was not fully fixed, only to discover that these machanics didnt put the power steering oil in the car. Right now as I am writing this my car is still giving me engine problems but I can't do much as the car warranty has already expired, it has water and leakages and the water pressure on the engine is way too high.
