EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION - NO ISSUE FOR AUDI

Audi A3 1.4 TFSI VIN: WAUZZZ8V4DA043318 The above mentioned vehicle has reference. I bought an pre-owned 2013 Audi A3 1.4 TFSi with 66144km from Toyota Rand Stadium on the 22nd of July 2017. I took my vehicle in for a 70 000km service on 24 August 2017 to Audi Centre Hatfield (mileage at time of service – 69 719.3 km). On 23 September 2018 with the mileage being 71 643km approximately 1923.7 km after the service the vehicle’s oil level warning came on. I immediately drove to the nearest Audi, which at that point was audi Centre Menlyn (approximately 6 km), Christoff, the workshop foreman assisted me and topped up the oil level. On the 20th of October 2017, after driving +- 1800 km the oil level warning light came on again. I made a booking with Audi Menlyn and they checked the vehicle and did an oil consumption test, and informed me that the technician at Hatfield Audi, broke the sump plug, which caused the vehicle to leak oil. My concern was that there is no oil spills where I park the vehicle over night or during the day at my place of employment. They proceeded and charged Audi Centre Hatfield for the repairs done to the sump plug. The service advisor at the time informed me that should the problem persist, I must replace the sump on the vehicle, and that it will be on my account as Audi does not cover this, which is my opinion is absolutely unfair towards me after confirming the negligence of the Hatfield workshop. On 14 November 2017 after driving another 2031.9 km the vehicle's oil level warning light came on again, the 15th of November 2017, early morning, I made my first stop Audi Menlyn and they again topped up the oil. Again I made a booking for the vehicle to be tested for excessive oil consumption. The vehicle was booked in on the 27th of November 2017, and collected on the 6th of December 2017. The service advisor informed me that the oil pressure test was done, and I need to drive 1000 km and then return the vehicle for completion of the oil pressure test. On 21 December 2017, I took the vehicle back after driving 1061 km, and was once again informed that my oil consumption is within the permissible tolerance. They determined that my oil consumption is 0. ********** ********** 41 litres / 1000 km. Please explain how a new Audi A3 (2013 model) does not require oil top up between service intervals, but after a certain mileage, the average usage of the vehicle is 2582 km per liter of oil? Which means that you will have to top up approximately 5 almost 6 times within the 15000 km between services? On 17 January 2017 after driving another 2735.3 km from the previous top up, the oil warning light came on again. Audi Menlyn cannot do anything further - according to the tests done on the vehicle, everything seems to be within the normal parameter. One is not supposed to top up oil between service intervals.
