EXCEPTIONALLY POOR SERVICE

I called in after my gears started giving me problems,I was asked to book in the car for the 24th which I did and dropped it off on the day.24hrs hours later I have not received any feedback and when I called to get an update I was told my car has not been looked at and in fact they have cars that have been there since last week,none of which was mentioned to me.This is after I took my car for a service at Audi Centre Durban and had a similar experience,upon receiving my car it was not even washed and no one contacted me the whole day that my car was in there and went there after work and it was still not finished. While in Johannesburg I used Audi Northcliff and have never experienced such thoughtlessness.

For what Audi stands for this is remarkably very poor service.Just as I was thinking of an upgrade for another Audi,this experience has been sobering and definitely will never buy an Audi again!
