Excellent service despite undesired circumstances

<p>I have twice had the pleasure of dealing directly with the service manager, Marthinus Van Niekerk, and both times my expectations were exceeded. First was turning a bad experience with a service advisor around into a quick resolution (and a free part replacement that caused the bad experience) and today again when my R8 had to go in again (this time for a battery replacement) which was done promptly while I waited. The vehicle however had a funny mechanical rattle afterwards and the service team booked it back in immediately despite the very busy service schedule with their many other happy customers. Thanks for the great service even if things don't go as planned!</p>
